Helen Keegan A great gym with a wicked community! Everyone is always welcoming and friendly! Joined the run club and it’s really helped my mental health and always great company with the guys! Always clean and easy asscess for equipment! The classes don’t go a miss in the morning to set you up for the day with great vibes and music! Shout out to kadie and Lawrence who really have help built a lovely community!!

Khaled Lassoued Staff are excellent, Muslim woman using the Gym in the woman section need to know that their is camera for security reasons so if you are removing your hijab just know that. Overall excellent gym.

Ali Kassam Amazing club. The teacher has been more than a teacher to me. He is more like a mentor that wanted me and all the students to not only progress in the martial arts and in Class but to be ready for the real life challenges outside the class. I would feel comfortable talking about my issues that I was facing in life and couldnt even discuss some of them with anyone else he would advise me and always kept it confidential. I would also see sense arif as a father figure to me and a amazing teacher. If you want your child to be in a safe environment and to learn self defence properly and to have a real role model where children have none or very few nowadays then this is the place to go.

Ania Scibior A lovely new reformer studio in a great location. The space is clean, beautifully decorated, and the toilet facilities are spotless. The orientation session was super helpful, and the instructor was firm but lovely—thanks to her I discovered muscles I didn’t even know I had! Great value for central London—highly recommend!
