Aisling Over the last 15 years, Ive explored different gyms locally, but have always returned to this gym. I like the facilities, the gym and changing room space. Over the last year have been having great PT session with Bernie, who has challenged, encouraged and helped me progress, using heavier weights which initially I would have shied away from. Im much, fitter, happier and more confident at the gym, and seeing amazing results. It is definitely worth the money, with a healthier outcome.

NS NS This is one of the most professional companies I have ever used. I was terrified of water and now I can swim! I have had many lessons (through my own choice) and found everyone at Immerse to be kind, patient, helpful and most importantly highly skilled. I have on occasion had to make last minute changes to my lessons and Immerse have happily accommodated. If you want swimming lessons, this is the ONLY place to go! A special thank you to Orla, Janine and Peter.

H Limbada This gym makes me feel at home, the atmosphere, the aesthetics, the equipment is perfection. Im not particularly muscular myself and this is a bodybuilding gym but I feel comfortable here, no anxiety, everyone is respectful to each other and respectful to the gym. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, they only have the best equipment.

BK P Started with PAUSE a few months ago now and it’s been an incredible experience. Exploring the range of classes, various styles and techniques is always so much fun and I leave feeling energised and refreshed every time. The instructors are very accommodating and always make me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun yet challenging way to move your body!
