Natasha As a particular customer, especially when it comes to nails and customer service, I can honestly say that the nails were done really well! I normally have an issue with the varnish/ gel being painted too far from the cuticle, resulting in my nails looking grown out after a couple of days. The technician took her time with my nails and checked in to see if I was happy during the process, which I appreciated. All the ladies looked happy to be there (literally ALL of them were smiling!). This makes a difference between a visit and an experience, and this is key when providing self-care services. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and that lady was super sweet too. Based on this experience, I will be returning! Services carried out: shellac varnish with manicure, eyebrow threading & lip wax.

Sheena Webb I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Ash for the last couple of years and every time I leave I can’t believe how good they look! When I first discovered Ash my eyebrows weren’t shaped properly and she managed to make them perfectly match my face shape. She’s really friendly and knowledgeable. Paige Mcfadyen I have been going to this nail shop for about 8/9 years and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. This shop and their staff go over and beyond every single time- sometimes the designs I want can be a challenge and I will message their Instagram asking if what I want is possible and they always deliver even if they have to order in products. I get a lot of compliments on my nails and I will always tell people about 1st secret nails. Such lovely and talented staff always have a lovely experience there.
