I recently came in for cluster lashes. My usual technician was busy, so I was seen by someone new. By the next morning, my lashes had completely fallen off. I returned to the shop and asked for them to be rectified. I explained that I couldn’t come in the same day but could return the next day. Unfortunately, I then had an emergency which caused me to miss that appointment.
When I came back later that week, I explained the situation clearly before even sitting in the chair. After the lashes were done, I was told I would have to pay £25 again for a full new set and that there was “nothing they could do.” It was implied that the poor lash application was somehow my fault, which I found very unfair and unprofessional.
I was also told by a member of staff that lashes are only done on certain days, which is confusing as I’ve been coming here on different days throughout the week for years without any issue.
