5 /5 Paige Mcfadyen: I have been going to this nail shop for about 8/9 years and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. This shop and their staff go over and beyond every single time- sometimes the designs I want can be a challenge and I will message their Instagram asking if what I want is possible and they always deliver even if they have to order in products. I get a lot of compliments on my nails and I will always tell people about 1st secret nails. Such lovely and talented staff always have a lovely experience there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve been coming for almost 10 years, and now even my mother-in-law comes too because they’re just that good

5 /5 ItsMsSarahToYou: I have been getting my nails done at this place for the better part of 2 years, and I love it. I like my nails done in a particular way and I am able to tell them exactly what I want without judgement or feeling like they are getting fed up with me. They want to give me the shape and style exactly as I like it. Plus, they are quick learners; I no longer have to tell them how I like it shaped. They remember and just do it, so it’s a stress free experience. I can also be indecisive sometimes and like to pick their brains in what design I should do or colour to pick and I like that they share their opinions and help me decide, so it feels like a collaborative experience. They also provide drinks and sometimes snacks, like ice lollies in the summertime. They even let customers control the music and it can be party vibe. They watch out for customers’ cars in case parking warden comes. This nail salon is a perfect example of good customer service always wins. Lastly, everyone in the salon can do nails well, my previous go-to person left and my new go-to person is just as fantastic. Shout out to Ken!

5 /5 Naomi Harrison: Absolutely beautiful service, I can not believe the perfection of the set I just got. Went for a short almond look with a pink powder and honestly they are perfect, I’m absolutely in love and have nothing bad to say. Service is absolutely fabulous, offering drinks, with a quick but efficient service. 1000/10 I recommend, get in and get the nails, you will not regret it.
