Not only did I notify Tarryn ahead of the appointment that I would be running late at the risk of not making it altogether, I also asked if I could be rebooked for another time. Instead, I was told that unless I pay the £190 facial, a service that did not happen, it would be passed on to the debt collecting agency, a lawyer and that I was not welcomed back. As a repeat client, I am shocked by this attitude. Never have I ever been treated like this from any business big or small. I raise this red flag of 24hrs strict cancellation policy for that business.
