1 /5 Carlos G: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Confirmed over the phone and email. Arrived and they were not expecting me. The service was not what was agreed and 1 minute in the FIRE ALARM went off. The alarm was blasting for 10 minutes so had to leave. Requested a refund, and they stop replying to my emails. The booking site TREATWELL apparently waiting for the salon to confirm that I am entitled to a full refund. After many calls they said they will , 7 days later still waiting for them to confirm via email so I get my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am reporting the establishment to the council firesafety.

1 /5 Isabel M: Did eyebrow threading and the lady messed up my eyebrows, after specifically telling her not to thin it she thinned one brow and arched it and left the other one the way it was supposed to be (see picture for how bad it is). After threading for 15 years, this is the first time someone has messed up my brows this badly. Manager called after saying to come in the next day to fix it. She was overall quite rude and dismissive and has always been this way even in person. I later told her that i won’t come in as i don’t want them to thin the other one and make it worse. I also stated i wanted a refund. She then blocks me on whatsapp and i have not heard back. Also to note: i have come here multiple times with Fatima doing my brows and she always did a good job. Had another person doing them this time and it was the worst. Horrible service from the manager as well.

5 /5 victoria fraser: Had an amazing session this week. The massage helped me relax my muscles as I have been too stressed out with work. Pleasant environment and amazing customer service. Cindy was really helpful and amazing she did my nails just the way I wanted. Special thanks to the stuffs they are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
