5 /5 Desna Roberts: Kirsty is a brilliant Pilates teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable, with a very keen eye for detail, she is both rigorous and supportive. She clearly loves what she does and is very good at it. I would thoroughly recommend her for either an injury or just doing Pilates as it is so good for you. I have benefited hugely since seeing Kirsty.

5 /5 Freyja Meese: Kirsty is the best Pilates instructor Ive had and I love the classes! Shes wonderfully understanding, gives variations on exercises when needed and will always keep in mind any injuries or conditions in a way that makes me feel very safe and supported. Im hypermobile and have always struggled to exercise in a way that doesnt hurt my body, but with Kirsty Ive managed to build stability and feel more confident with movements Ive always really struggled with. Couldnt recommend a class more! (And shes just genuinely lovely!)

I started 18 months ago, and am fitter and stronger as a result. Group and 1-1 reformer sessions are fun and carefully build your confidence and capabilities. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Nelson Goh: I was training for a marathon on the back of a knee and foot injury, and a slightly tilted hip (said a doctor). In short, not the best shape. Kirstys targetted advice and exercises were excellent. I felt the improvements each week and by the time of my race, knew exactly how to stretch and prepare. I achieved a sub-3hr timing which far exceeded expectations. But this is in no small part due to her expert help, knowledge, and enthusiasm for pilates! I unreservedly recommend Kirsty for anyone who needs pilates. Her cats are friendly too...!

5 /5 gaby regis: Its been a few months since I first started Pilates with Kirsty. Normally I am hesitant to join classes, as I dont like working out in groups, but she puts you at ease immediately. Shes wonderful at attending to everyones individual needs, so it feels like youre in a private session anyway. Its a part of the week that I look forward to, not to mention I feel stronger every time I go. I thoroughly recommend Kirsty to all!
