5 /5 Emma Howard: The only gym Ive ever stuck with! Love the classes. Being outdoors (but sheltered enough), in all weathers, is the best! The 50-minute sessions (inclusive of a 5-10 min stretch) are the perfect length. Jamie, Angela, Gemma and the team are all lovely trainers and theyll help tailor each exercise if you have extra needs or injuries - theyre all very gentle, encouraging, and upbeat. You can go at your own pace and each session is suitable for a range of abilities and fitness levels. Dont be intimidated, this is the nicest place to work out!! Everyone is really friendly and you can be as outgoing, or quiet and focused, as you like. Ive always had little twiglet arms, but, I am delighted to see some muscle definition after going a couple of times a week for a year now. Im feeling stronger, fitter, and more flexible. I really love the blend of strength, stretch, and occasionally a little cardio. Thanks team! So grateful this exists.
