The shala itself is a serene studio with a calming and hugely positive energy. I cant wait to continue developing as a yogi with Palka as my teacher!

5 /5 magdalena kauzanowicz: Palka is a fenomenal teacher,who can challenge and push you to explore more than you thought you were able to do within her ashtanga and flow classes as well as hold the space for you to go slow and deep within her hatha sessions. Her classes are varied, and interesting with themes she brings into them,yet very authentic with traditions of yoga. Im currently taking part in my second course in meditation with Palka,and Im having a beautiful experience!

5 /5 Sigi: Palka is an amazing Yoga Teacher. She brings the best out of you. Her studio, Shula is a peaceful place looking out to the surrounding trees and meadows. I definitely recommend her class on Tuesdays, where meditation is mix with gentle yoga movement.

5 /5 Simona B: I love Palka’s yoga classes. The studio is absolutely beautiful! I always leave the practice relaxed and with a positive energy. Palka is a great teacher - she provides clear explanation of the postures and you feel safe to challenge yourself at your own speed. Classes have a limited spaces and Palka takes time to correct the posture of each student. The spiritual depth is very unique. The practice room is always sanitised and clean. Hand gel is provided and you can choose to be adjusted physically or not.
