puregym london canary wharf

PureGym London Canary Wharf - 5 Hertsmere Rd

Rating: 3.7 /5
jamie whittle Just recently transferred to Canary wharf went training there. today with a mate of mine and noticed apologies if I’ve got your names wrongAnthony and Junior two personal trainers actually talking to gym members being chilled out being cool while they were at the gym talking to everyone really really nice atmosphere really good gym on three levels think I made a good move But the PT’s seem really chilled out good atmosphere good music and the temperature inside the gymis perfect. it’s not too hot Like most of the PureGym I’ve used recently the temperature has been cranked up. The PT has just turned around doing nothing moaning they’re cold because they’re not moving about being interactive and proactive. Butdefinitely would recommend this to people I know who live around Canary Wharf.
anytime fitness london stratford east

Anytime Fitness London (Stratford East) - Greater

Rating: 4.8 /5
Eniclesia Correia ★★★★★ Review Anytime Fitness Stratford East is an excellent gym with a clean, well-maintained environment and high-quality equipment. The space is well organised, never feels overcrowded, and allows for focused, efficient training at any time of day. The staff are professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both beginners and experienced members. The 24/7 access is a major advantage and makes it easy to stay consistent with training, regardless of schedule. Overall, a reliable, well-run gym that prioritises both performance and comfort. Highly recommended.

Gaia Wellbeing Collective CIC - Royal Arsenal Riverside

Rating: 4.8 /5
John Barker I was looking for exercise opportunities that were communal, fun and inclusive. (Going round a gym solo is very unappealing to me.) I came across Gaia online and initially reached out over email, and the response was so helpful and positive, I decided to head along to a session. I was a little trepidatious, but it could not have been a more positive experience. The atmosphere is supportive, positive and so fun, and is led wonderfully by Olivia (who always goes above and beyond for attendees). Every person Ive met at the classes has been so friendly, it really is a joy to attend each week, and I love that were doing it in an accessible location that connects us to our environment and our community. This has become my most regularly sustained exercise now, because its more than just a boot camp class. Im so grateful I found the Gaia Fitness Collective, and would encourage anyone to check it out.

Powertone Studio - Canary Wharf - Admirals Way

Rating: 5 /5
xee Ferguson I love these classes! Wasn’t sure what to expect. The studio is small and very modern with the latest equipment. Great location only less than 10 mins walk from Canary Wharf station. The trainers are all amazing, patient and super helpful with alternative exercises if you cannot do a particular rep due to injury. You are pushed to get the maximum out of the classes which is great. If you have not used Power Plates before you will soon get used to the vibration and using body weight/dumbbells/kettlebells too. The classes are just 30 mins, with quite a few sessions throughout the day, so easy to fit into your daily schedule. If you are consistent you will soon see great results with these very knowledgeable trainers!

Three Two Run - 32 Blackfriars Rd

Rating: 5 /5
Rebecca Sentance Ive been going to boxing classes with Richard at Three Two Run for several months now and its become something I look forward to every week. I really enjoy the small class sizes and individual attention - Rich will always help you to hone your technique and hell push you to do better every time. Its a great workout, companionable and lots of fun, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try. The classes with Richard are really accessible even if youre not that confident in your fitness or are just getting into boxing, because youll learn really quickly and get loads of attention, advice and support to improve. Its hard work and its totally worth it! I have to give a nod to the studio, too, which is a great location, a really nice facility and the showers on site are great. Come to boxing at Three Two Run! You wont regret it.
