5 /5 Godfrey Danielle (Dannie): Update: afterfirst visit we went back 23 June unfortunately a bad experience with sloppy chipped biab. Gave them another chance on 18 July got new lady Nini she did the most incredible job ever. Will keep returning to this beautiful salon.
Absolutely excellent nail salon. Situated in the heart of beautiful Fitzrovia and so high end. The salon is immaculately fitted and sophisticated in style, forget plastic flowers and tack, solid wood fittings, lovely music drifting from a matching wood Marshall amp,fresh decor, lovely high-end spa feel, minimalist, and showcasing their own-brand high-end feel products such as soaps and handcreams which you trial when finishing nails. I visited with my sister and mother we all had BIAB overlay. My lady was called Bella. We didnt get the other two ladys names but all three were exceptional. They take such care for details. They use really high-end tools, all sterilised each time used, the electric tools are premium matching sets with wood bases and fittings, never seen similar elsewhere. They use single-use disposable files for buffering, taken out sealed packets for each customer. The cutical work and gel removal is exceptional. No soaking in acetone or tinfoils or damaged nails, all done so gently with electric files and electric cutical removers, all matching sets and high end. Even the brushes they use for designs or levelling gel are wood and match. The ladies wear uniforms and take such care. They are so skilled down to the finest details. They work on each nail with little brushes and create perfection. The other nail bars in Soho and Victoria just cannot compare. These ladies were so careful even when other customers were waiting to achieve a perfect finish. They kept asking if everything was okay. They offered water and biscuits served on little plates. They really strive for high end spa treatment. The BIAB was ÂŁ55 the removal was an extra ÂŁ15, although it didnt explicitly state the removal isnt included online, it is well worth it for this professional job and perfect ambience. The cheap nail bars can not compare to the lovely experience and the careful detail of these ladies. Bella and all the ladies today were exceptionally skilled.
