5 /5 Lauren Napier: I started getting my nails done at HiroHiro nails in January 2024 and I haven’t looked back since. Chloe and the team are always so lovely, warm and friendly. They have really helped me grow my nails from short stumps that would never grow, but on their advice switched from Shellac to try Biab and I have now managed to grow my nails lovely long and strong. I also love that the salon isn’t hustle and bustling like a cattle market like a lot of Salons I have tried over the years. And is a lovely calm relaxing place to get your nails done. It’s always a plus too to when you get to see Moochi the Pomeranian! Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere nice and relaxing to get your nails done that last!!!!!!

1 /5 Caroline Crighton-Smith: I booked a paint manicure and hand treatment. It seemed to start off well, but when filing it was done and left so bluntly. My hands were covered in a hand cream and with mittens on to let it soak in as part of the treatment. I was then rushed to a side table which was basically containing a nail dryer. I wasnt really given any explanation why I was rushed off the table and somebody was promptly put in my place. I then sat. Awkwardly not really understanding what was going on, until another lady turned up who turned me to the side and basically told me to hold my hands mid-air while she painted them with the paint. This was awkward, uncomfortable and painful to sit with my arms unsupported and very unprofessional. I could see she was leaving lots of gaps so I asked her repeatedly pointed it out. Another lady sitting behind who worked there came and had a look and told her to fix the gaps. It was so haphazard and looking terrible. Huge gaps that lady came over and actually tried to start helping. She came over and said its not covering very well. Its the paint, which was maybe the case but the huge gaps was down to the useless lady that did it. She said it will need to dry and then we will try and add another coat. This would mean three coats which is just ridiculous. Now I appreciate that the paint I chose was perhaps a difficult one. But the way it was handled was terrible. After sitting there having it dried my original lady came over and topped a third paint on. She made it look more bearable and was clearly better at the job. They then was sat under the dryer again. To be fair it is advertised as taking 35 minutes and I was in there for over an hour. The whole situation was very unprofessional and comfortable and my nails look terrible and felt terrible. It felt very much like anyone who wanted paint was treated like a second class citizen. And the focus was on anyone with gel.

5 /5 E.M: After years at my previous salon, I decided to give this place a try since it was in a much more convenient location for me - and I’m so glad I took the plunge! From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, I was absolutely impressed by their professionalism. They really delivered excellent service. I’ve now been here a handful of times over the past few months, and each visit has been consistently fantastic, and their service is outstanding. I’ve been getting BIAB treatments, and the results have been remarkable. I’ve managed to grow my natural nails notably longer than they’ve ever been / the transformation has been amazing! The staff is sweet and knowledgeable, the salon is clean and welcoming, and their work speaks for itself. I’m absolutely convinced that switching salons was the right call - they’ve really won me over! This place deserves high praise!
