Michai Ramakers Registered online for a free trial day while on holiday in Farnborough. Employee Ed was helpful through email and in person, showing us around and welcoming us. The gym is very well equipped. Many half racks, weightlyfting platform, plate racks, pin- and plate-loaded machines, and a quieter stimulus-free area for classes and training. Treadmills, bicycles, isolation machines, crossfit/strongman area, and a heavy boxing bag. Gym and changing-area were very clean and well decorated, with 1-person changing rooms. Would recommend.

Chris Atkinson Its not the easiest place to find, but it is a hidden gem. Lovely facilities, including badminton/indoor gym area, pool room, meeting rooms, and bar. Very friendly staff, who work hard to ensure visitors enjoy their stay. Looks small from outside, but is a tardis.

Pete I really enjoy training here. The club is super friendly and welcoming with excellent instructors. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try a martial art out.

It’s really helped me get back into exercise following the birth of my baby and has allowed me to meet other like-minded mums, too. Excited to continue these classes as my baby grows! Ryan Doyle Great place. Never too busy in the gym at any time. Staff all very friendly. Not huge gym area but got everything you need. A lot of classes rent the matted space to so lots going on every evening. Weekends very quiet so great time to train
