Sophie Turnbull Jenny is a brilliant and dedicated pilates teacher. Her knowledge is exceptional and she really focuses on each individual client’s body; its strengths, weaknesses and imbalances. She helped me regain strength and become pain free after a difficult 2nd pregnancy and post-partum, and kept me fit and strong through my 3rd. I highly recommend her!

Richard Richardson Joe from Trigon Fitness is absolutely top-notch. Reliable, friendly, and a brilliant communicator from start to finish. Today he installed my Hack Squat and Leg Press machines, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He knew I was eager to get them up and running, and he went out of his way to accommodate a quick installation. He turned up on time, got straight to it, and did a fantastic job. Genuinely grateful for the effort—5 stars all day long. Highly recommended!

This club is fully inclusive with all ages, genders and abilities. Its a fun, relaxed environment where everyone comes to help each over and learn together.
