Lisa foley I have watched Jack and his fantastic business go from strength to strength over the past 5 years and am proud to have been part of that journey. At nearly 50, I’m still at prime fitness and health (physical and mental) and I have these classes to thank for that. Jack has a knack of making everyone feel like they matter, regardless of age or standard of fitness. I have also made loads of friends from the group sessions. There is loads of laughter every class and banter mostly directed at Jack ;) My 16 year old also comes along with me and her friends and they love it too. Come and join a wonderful group of people!

Lee Blackburn 1st Class gym with the community to go with it! My son and I joined and were instantly made to feel welcome, with staff and members alike willing to help and give advice. The standard and range of equipment is second to none and even when the gym is busy, there’s enough to go around. I would highly recommend AM to anyone, whether they are just starting out or an experienced gym goer.

From our first enquiry to when we left on the day we were looked after so well and the staff were fantastic - nothing too much trouble - excellent venue very spacious clean and super food and service special thanks to Abbie and Ian
