Sir.PhantoM JD Gyms Bitterne is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The gym is very spacious with a great layout, so it never feels cramped. The equipment is top tier, especially the Hammer Strength machines, which are perfect for serious training. The sauna is a massive bonus and makes recovery so much easier. I’ve also been training with Adam, who is a fantastic personal trainer. He offers everything from PT sessions to physiotherapy, is extremely knowledgeable, and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you get. Overall, the gym is worth every penny. Highly recommend JD Gyms Bitterne to anyone serious about their training.

Christine Russell Helens are the only fitness classes I have ever enjoyed. Shes totally professional, caring and fun. You can do as much or as little as your body allows and the music is always great.
