Helen Parkar WOW what a way to get fit! The most fun workout ever! Yes, you work hard and drip with sweat but its fun fun fun and it works!!! The motivation I get from one class lasts all week! Its feel good fitness and we all support each other. You can go at your own pace and slowly build up to pushing yourself harder if you want to. Hannah and Helen keep an eye on everyone so youre in safe hands. I feel sorry for the people who havent discovered the bounce!!
