amanda kent I have been doing yoga with Hannah for four years now and her classes and yoga days are always wonderful. I have been practicing yoga for 12 years and find that Hannah is really able to help with students of all levels and always offers alternative postures if needed. She also has a very good eye for alignment and will give gentle adjustments which really deepen and strength your practice. Hannahs classes are a great balance of fun while offering the opportunity to go in and have an hour or so for yourself in a busy world. I cant recommend Hannahs classes and yoga days highly enough.

Ann K Love love love Emily’s classes. My biggest regret is not discovering her until last year. Emily is an amazing fitness instructor, and the positive energy she radiates is on another level. You come away from all her classes not only feeling fitter but with a definite warm fuzzy feeling :-) In addition, Emily runs these regular optional 6 week challenges (for free). With Emily’s help and support I was able to shed all the weight I’d gained during lockdown.

Ellie Rudolph I have been to few different gyms in the area and this is by far the best. Excellent facilities and well maintained up-to-date equipment. The classes are all amazing and the instructors are easily the best of any gym I’ve been to. They provide challenging as well as fun workouts and are so good at correcting and adjusting to ensure we are all exercising most effectively and safely. Special mention for Deborah - love her classes! - so inspiring - best of the best!

Mel Pearce I have been attending Jade’s and Mina’s classes for a few years and I would highly recommend them. They work you hard and are attentive to each person as needed. Classes are friendly and very enjoyable.

Margaret Tomlin Great place to train with a fabulous and supportive atmosphere. All of the clients are working with a personal trainer so none of the normal groups of people posing in your way. Other trainers and clients are supportive with a great range of styles amongst the trainers. The only gym I have stuck with.
