5 /5 Fay Emily: I have been practising yoga for five years, and after moving to the area and trying different classes, I found Hannah. Hannah’s vinyasa flow yoga classes were exactly what I was looking for and I have now been attending for over a year. Hannah is a warm and supportive teacher who carefully attends to all class members, providing advice and adjustments where necessary. I find her classes to be a perfect balance of being calming and restoring whilst also promoting strength and flexibility. Hannah is passionate about yoga and is encouraging and enthusiastic, making her classes fun and enjoyable. She brings a number of different aspects to her classes, such as carefully chosen music, inspirational readings and mindful breathing, and always seems in tune with the needs of her class members. I come away from her classes feeling like they were exactly what I needed. Afterwards I feel more relaxed and sleep better. I have also found Hannah’s classes invaluable in helping me recover from injury and to reconnect with my body and mind. I am so glad to have found Hannah’s classes.
