From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and genuine welcome. The atmosphere is full of energy and joy, and it’s clear that the team truly feels like a family. As a client, you’re not just another appointment—you feel like part of the friendship group. The amazing owner, Natalina, instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. She checked on me multiple times to make sure I was happy with everything. And as for my stylist, Marina—what a talent! She performed absolute magic on my colour. I had over 5 inches of dark brown regrowth, and she transformed it into a stunning, natural-looking finish. My hair remained soft, healthy, and vibrant—even after the bleaching. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! A special shoutout to the lovely Maria, who kept me company during my seven-hour transformation and captured the most gorgeous photos of my new look. She’s an absolute gem and just one more example of how welcoming and thoughtful this team is. To top it all off - their prices are very affordable for the service they provide and being in London. I have been quoted almost double of what I paid at other salons. There are no hidden costs — you know exactly what you are paying before you start. I have been to other salons, they quote you a price and then after they say “oh you need to pay extra for all these things” that you aren’t aware aren’t included in the price. It’s all very honest and up front. This is my first experience at the salon, I don’t personally know any of the team so this is a completely transparent, honest review. I am very impressed. The team are really welcoming and knowledgeable - Cassie did my highlights and talked me through the different products and colours to create a beautiful natural look thats given my hair a much-needed lift! Love the family history behind the place too - its been running in the family since the 1950s.

Aleksandra Z Elisa is amazing! She’s professional, knowledgeable and clearly really experienced. You can tell she’s done a lot of studying and research because she doesn’t take a cookie cutter approach. Instead she tailors the treatment to what you actually need, using the best products. She’s also really caring, thorough and super hygienic. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person to be around. Highly recommended.

Charlotte Williams The best nails I have ever had. I have recently moved out to Surrey and I cannot find a better nail salon. At Nailish my nails would always last at least 4 weeks. Honey and Taylor would always try and fit you in for an appointment too. Everyone is always so friendly and chatty. Many times I took my toddler in with me and she was welcomed and cared for. This also is the only nail salon I know that will offer you tea/coffee/ water etc. Nailish is reasonably priced and I was always soo pleased with my manicure and pedicure!
