The team are really welcoming and knowledgeable - Cassie did my highlights and talked me through the different products and colours to create a beautiful natural look thats given my hair a much-needed lift! Love the family history behind the place too - its been running in the family since the 1950s.

5 /5 Justine Redwood: After relocating to London I was nervous to try a new hairdresser. Cassie found availability for me during the busy Christmas period for highlights and I was so pleased with the results, I had so many complements on the colour and how natural it looked against my roots. The salon is lovely, everyone is friendly (great coffee too!) and I have since been back for a cut, layers and shaping around the face, and again Cassie smashed it. I’m so pleased to have found my new go to salon, the price range is affordable, worth every penny.

1 /5 Klaudia Ciurkot: Awful full head dye. I am naturally dark ashy blond and I asked to match my color - I left the salon tear-well, with nearly black hair with excessive ash which stayed blue/green for weeks after the appointment. It has nothing to do with a natural look I asked for. I have contacted the salon twice to have this fixed but my request has been completely ignored. Very disappointing after many appointments with Cassi who perfectly matched the color and complete waste of 4h of drive.

1 /5 Chioma Onyeche: I would give them no stars if I could. If you are a person of colour I would avoid this place at all cost. I went to get a manicure, and this is how my nails were left. The staff, in particular Eliza, were rude and rasicist. She basically said i had no right to be upset when she cut my skin because there was no blood. Its quite depressing, and Im sadden at the fact that it is 2023, and I can have a white staff member shout at me while I am crying and in the same breath say that I am rude and aggressive. Its just sad, and Im honestly just so hurt by it all.

5 /5 Gabby Heybourne: Had an appointment today with Jodie who managed to capture exactly what I asked for, which was a bit of a change from my normal colour. However when I said it didn’t suit me, she was so helpful with the different options and ensuring I left feeling happy, and offered me to come back in if still unsure. She was very knowledgable throughout the appointment too. Really recommend her and this salon! Xx
