5 /5 Nouhaila Aouatif: I’ve been coming here since early 2024 and they’ve never once disappointed me. The service is consistently excellent everyone is so kind, patient, and skilled. Rio and Chi are my personal favorites, but honestly the whole team delivers every single time. Even though I don’t live nearby, I always make the trip to this salon for my Gel-X and pedicure, because nowhere else in London matches their quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

After my first Shellac experience at this salon wasnt great (a couple nails felt really weak and chipped the next day), they reached out and took full responsibility and apologised, then completely redid my nails for free, including adding something magic thats made them feel stronger than ever! Really excellent customer service, and theyve certainly won me back as a customer. Its clear they genuinely care about your nails being top quality. Thank you :)
