Arianna Siracusano Sara was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made my mom feel comfortable from the beginning. She booked her Potenza appointments with Sara and traveled all the way from Ealing just to see her. My mom is very scared of needles, and we weren’t even sure she would be able to go through with all the appointments. Sara was so patient and reassuring, and she really put her at ease. Thanks to her calm and caring approach. Her skin has improved so much, even better than she expected. She couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, as she’s not familiar with how reviews work and asked me to do it for her. We just want to say a big thank you, my mom is very happy and we can see such a big difference.

Liz Riazanski I recently had a facial at Aesthetics Lab, and I can say that without a doubt it was the best treatment I have ever received. From the consultation which was very thorough, in which we discussed each of my concerns in depth, to the facial itself, which was incredible. I have had many facials in the past and none of them have been of this high standard. I was then recommended some products which I purchased from the clinic and have been using ever since. They have done wonders for my skin, and I will definitely be returning! I cannot recommend Aesthetics Lab enough, the staff are so lovely and accommodating and the treatments are fantastic!

ANTONI of LONDON DO NOT BOOK WITH BAN RAM they are a fraudulent set up posing as a booking service working along side salons but in fact have no connection with salons to offer bookings. They register domain names using other salon names or slighy similer such as salonnameW1 for instance making it seem legit as it shows up on Google. I own a salon that they have done this to and asked them to take down my details and stop using my name. They say they will but never do. Absolute criminals. Stay away and go direct with the salon or book with a trusted booking service like treatwell.

Ariana Sosa A must visit! The quality of her services are just amazing. You can immediately tell by the quality of her machines and her service that it is not commercially, profit driven, rather tailored to customer experience. I was most impressed by her Laser Hair removal service, my pain tolerance is very low and I did not come out crying as I usually do from the mainstream Laser Hair Removal Treatments!! She also takes her time to ensure there is not a single hair missing. Eleni is very medically savvy and all her products are excellent. My dermatologist friends reviewed the ingredients of her products and they gave me the green light to buy. A hidden gem in London.

Rachanaa This was my first time here, and I got highlights done. Nazi did an excellent job with both my hair color and cut—exactly how I wanted it. She listened to what I was looking for and gave great recommendations. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!
