3 /5 Laura Giunnelli: I have been a regular client since the opening of your nail studio, and on several occasions, I have also brought some of my friends with me, who in turn have become loyal clients as well. I truly enjoy coming to have my nails done with you, and until recently, I have always been very satisfied with your service and attention to detail.
I consider myself a fairly easy-going client, as I usually have a simple full-color acrylic manicure in an almond shape. Unfortunately, during my last two appointments, I left quite dissatisfied, both because of the treatment I received from a new employee, who clearly did not know that I am a regular client and was unfamiliar with my usual service, and because she changed my manicure from acrylic to BIAB without clarification.
As a result, I ended up paying twice in a row for both the removal and a new full set.
Lately, I have also noticed that the owners are not as present in the salon as they used to be, which is disappointing, as their presence truly makes a difference in the overall experience.
I will continue to come back, but I sincerely hope to see some improvement.
