Ben and David have created an environment where you feel both challenged to work hard and supported to achieve your best with personalised advice. The gym is extremely well equipped and always feels like a welcoming and safe space for everyone.

L Bragg Pleased with my experience here so far. The acrylics I had have lasted a long time, up to 4 weeks and done with attention to detail. They are a bit pricey, but I dont mind when the nails last so long and look so nice.

Dannielle W Ive had lots of treatments with Gem over the last few years and I wanted to leave her a review before I relocate up north. She gave me a gel mani about a month ago and the nails have lasted really really well (as have all the previous manis Ive had from her). I also had her summer cooler pamper treatment last week which was excellent value for money - a lovely facial and a really relaxing massage which actually put me to sleep. Ive had more expensive massages and facials at various spas previously and Gems are much better in my opinion. She is also so lovely and very professional. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Gem! Carrie-Anne Gatland Ive been going to the girls at Elem studio for over a year now, I cannot fault any set of nails I have, they are the prettiest, most durable nails I’ve ever had. All the girls are super lovely and welcoming and there’s always laughter in the studio. It warm and cosy and at Christmas they even have Christmas films on for you to watch!
