5 /5 Carrie-Anne Gatland: Ive been going to the girls at Elem studio for over a year now, I cannot fault any set of nails I have, they are the prettiest, most durable nails I’ve ever had. All the girls are super lovely and welcoming and there’s always laughter in the studio. It warm and cosy and at Christmas they even have Christmas films on for you to watch!

I have had my nails done by both lilly and krizsta and never had any issue with either the service or my experience there. This is an amazing island based salon which i intend to support for the foreseeable, 100000/10 would recommend to come here

Lilly is absolutely amazing at what she does and is the loveliest girl, so so welcoming and the perfect amount of chatty! We’ve had days where we’re just chilling and days where we can’t stop talking, i think she’s just amazing at reading people and knowing what you need that day. She always goes above and beyond to fit me in. I look forward to seeing her every three weeks, not just my new nails. She also knows exactly what i want on my nails before i do !

Lilly and the girls are all insanely talented, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they go above and beyond to make all your visions come to life, no matter how crazy! Not only that, but the salon is clean and beautifully decorated, and they are the friendliest bunch going - every appointment felt like a catch up with friends and I always left laughing and smiling every time. I went to Lilly from day 1 of her being in business and stayed with her continuously for 3 years - I unfortunately had to stop having my nails done regularly for personal reasons, but I would never go anywhere else and hope to return to being a regular in the future because I really miss wearing Lilly’s artwork on my fingers and used to get SO many compliments on my nails! You will not find a better nail salon than ELEM and it is so clear how much time, effort and care Lilly has poured into her business to make it the success it is today - 5* across the board
