Ben and David have created an environment where you feel both challenged to work hard and supported to achieve your best with personalised advice. The gym is extremely well equipped and always feels like a welcoming and safe space for everyone.

5 /5 D H: Ben & David have created a wonderful gym. Ive been training with Ben for several years & wouldnt go anywhere else! They are knowledgeable, passionate, caring & professional. The gym is very welcoming and comfortable and I normally find gyms intimidating. Each client is treated equally, the ethos is about functional health and creating a friendly community, not gimmicky fads or superficial temporary goals. Im very grateful they are local to me & I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Susie Alexander: I always hated gyms until I was recommended to see Ben at Elitas. He is a personal trainer with excellent knowledge in helping me with all my health issues. He is kind, thoughtful and I trust him not to push me too far. The gym and showers are always clean, nearly always empty so no queuing for equipment. I have recommended friends. No one watches you, they’re doing their own training! This is very different to other Gyms and worth a visit or an assessment if you’re considering a gym.

Elitas is an elite facility and one you might be surprised to find in Chichester - it absolutely blows commercial gyms out of the water and offers a much higher standard of service and equipment. At Elitas you certainly feel like a highly valued client and that is something that is rare to find in the gym environment. I personally would recommend Elitas to anyone that is seeking a welcoming, elite environment that will encourage you to achieve your goals.
