Chris Ratcliffe The gym staff here are outstanding. I would like to single out Ula in particular who, after I injured my knee, put me on a special programme. Weeks later I attended a physio at the hospital who said I was on the road to recovery. Full marks to her. Pity about the state of the pool.

M B I started training with Marek in June of this year. I used to train a few years ago with a trainer who is no longer at the gym. I was very hesitant to start training with a new personal trainer as I did not know if they could ever be as good as my old trainer. I chose Marek after reviewing his information and from asking his other clients. I am very happy I have achieved my weight loss goals I had put on a lot of weight post covid and was struggling with my fitness routine. Marek is professional and excellent with his workouts. Its always challenging enough and he is very thorough. I am very happy with the results achieved with Marek and am now looking to build muscle as opposed to weight loss. I have no hesitation to recommend Marek whatever your fitness goals GET STARTED!!

Valda Lape The best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. I had the joy of attending classes 2–3 times a week for a full year, and it truly became one of the highlights of my routine. Sadly, I had to move to another country—and saying goodbye to these classes was one of the hardest parts of leaving. If you try just one class, I’m sure you’ll come back again and again. Throughout Sylwias teaching, her physiotherapy expertise is evident and complements the pilates practice. She always checks in on how people are feeling and offers alternative pilates exercises if something is unsuitable due to injury. Give your body a boost and take a class with Sylwia!

N KN I had an amazing experience with Hillina, the membership manager at the gym. I’m currently dealing with an injury that’s prevented me from attending, and she was incredibly understanding, quick to respond, and beyond helpful in working everything out with my membership. Once my injury is over, I’ll be able to come back and attend the gym again. Her customer service was honestly perfect professional, kind, and supportive from start to finish. Aman Nayyar Krisha has been amazing help with identifying the issues with my shoulder, lats and serratus to be honest I didn’t even know that muscle existed until it was explained to me properly and she has given me amazing stretches and exercise to do once the session is over and during the session she does releasing of the muscle and a lot of tension relief I have been to another physio and This in comparison to that is unreal. It has been such a great help. I highly recommended due to the knowledge of the body that they have.
