Zen Golds gym is a great gym, extremely clean, friendly staff and really great facilities including pool and jacuzzi. Tina and Simpson who are the most friendly welcoming receptionists! The trainers are friendly too

Camille Amazing Gymnastics Club! My daughter has been coming here for just under a year and has improved so much! All the staff are great with children and i feel like my daughter has really learnt valuable skills especially in terms of resilience, would highly recommend to anyone!

Tammy Rolfe I had a fitness assessment with Christian with the goal of creating a plan for when Im in the gym. Christian was very professional yet friendly and accommodating to my needs. He explained things really well and took the time to ensure I understood and was happy with what we were doing. I now have an interesting kettle bell plan for when im working out alone.

poetrylover I absolutely love David Lloyd! It’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The facilities are exceptional — I use the pool and spa all the time and they’re always spotless, relaxing, and such a treat after a workout. The main gym is fantastic too, with everything you need whether you’re doing cardio or strength training. The staff are genuinely incredible — so friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Harry, the main manager, who’s been so accommodating and helpful since day one. He really makes you feel valued as a member. I look forward to coming here every week — it’s become my happy place. Highly recommend!
