Jabeen Abdul-Aziz Highly recommend 313 fitness bootcamp sessions which I have attended over the past few years. Great and very supportive instructors that will help you achieve your goals. Great little cafe indoors too, that serves delicious protein shakes. These bootcamps are great if youre nervous about going to a gym and not knowing how to use the equipment, its a great place to start and build your way up. Its also great for intermediate people who just want to maintain their physique and build on their strength. I look forward to going back soon.
