5 /5 Jabeen Abdul-Aziz: Highly recommend 313 fitness bootcamp sessions which I have attended over the past few years. Great and very supportive instructors that will help you achieve your goals. Great little cafe indoors too, that serves delicious protein shakes. These bootcamps are great if youre nervous about going to a gym and not knowing how to use the equipment, its a great place to start and build your way up. Its also great for intermediate people who just want to maintain their physique and build on their strength. I look forward to going back soon.

5 /5 Kamran Khan: My sons have been doing BJJ, 5 & 9, for the last 3 months and they absolutely love it! i found they naturally took to grappling. They have developed an excellent relationship with their coach; coach Imran who has become an excellent role model for them that they have come to deeply respect. This centre really makes you feel part of a community, and not just another direct debit. I can see my kids growing here not only with regards to their martial arts training, but also with their interpersonal skills and habits.I cant recommend it high enough for kids

The facilities are top-quality with a wide range of modern equipment that is always well-maintained. The classes are diverse, from high-intensity interval training. Also my daughter does weekend karate lessons which she enjoys a lot.

My son absolutely loves the boxing classes, and my daughter was equally thrilled with her trial session. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the instructors are incredibly friendly yet highly professional. Its clear they know how to engage with children while maintaining a structured and disciplined approach to training. As a parent, I feel confident leaving my kids in their hands, knowing they are in a safe and supportive environment. The enthusiasm my children have for continuing their lessons speaks volumes about the quality of the program.
