5 /5 Simao Pedro: Although not the closest gym to me, it definitely gives me more than other gyms around. The community feel I get from both other users and staff really makes it feel more than just a gym to me. A variety of classes and activities to choose from, and a perfect place to also take my two-year-old for some soft play time.

4 /5 Phai Dip: This is such a nice, compact and quiet gym, I like working out here as the staff are friendly and the footfall are steady, you don’t get annoying dudes coming over saying “how many sets you got left mate”. Only thing I would say could add to make this 5 star is there are add more equipments and classes. But that’s the price I am willing to pay for a quiet gym.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, friendly, professional! They are clearly passionate about what they do. The facilities are impressively well-maintained too! On my first visit I was welcomed by one of the managers by the name of Akin. Wonderful, enthusiastic young lad who made me feel welcome and part of the community from the second I walked through the door! I highly recommend visiting! Ben

5 /5 zoe kabir: Great place and so clean and friendly. It defo could do with being a bit bigger but it’s a local space and gym I feel very comfortable going to. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable.
