5 /5 Lucy Daramola: I joined the gym on 10th November with no previous gym experience and being completely new to this type of training, so I was understandably nervous walking through the door for the first time.
What’s made the biggest difference for me is the coaching team and how genuinely supported I’ve felt from day one.
I’ve trained with a mixture of coaches… Jade, Liam and Danea and while each of them has a very different style, they are equally impactful in their own way.
Jade provides such strong positive reinforcement, especially as a gym newbie. She makes you feel like progress is possible, achievable and something that comes from consistency rather than perfection. Her encouragement builds confidence, which is everything when you’re starting out.
Liam is incredibly attentive to strength progression. He knows exactly when to push you to lift heavier and does so in a safe, controlled way. His attention to detail and ability to assess readiness has helped me trust the process and my own capability.
Danea feels like the perfect blend of both, supportive and encouraging, while also being meticulous about form. I’ve really valued how she takes the time to make sure movements are done correctly, which has helped me feel more confident and avoid injury.
Collectively, these coaches have formed the foundation of my fitness journey. I genuinely can’t express how grateful I am to have joined a gym where the people training you truly care about your progress, your safety, and your confidence… not just the workout.
This gym feels special because it’s not just about exercise, it’s about people, trust and growth and that’s made all the difference for me!
