They have free parking and 121 training facilities.

Mahbub Ali I haven’t been to this gym for over a year, and on returning I noticed they have changed quite a lot. The space does feel more open now, which is a positive. Removing the stickers from the windows was a great idea as it brings in natural light and offers a much better view. However, removing the treadmills with built-in screens was a huge disappointment. Those treadmills were the best feature, and replacing them with basic models feels cheap, not what I would expect from a £30 a month membership. This is why I have removed a star from my rating. The new weights are also a let-down as they have poor grip and feel lighter than they should. Overall, the gym was perfectly fine before the so-called upgrade. Now it feels like they are cutting costs by bringing in cheaper equipment, which unfortunately gives off “The Gym Group” vibes. I am now considering switching back to The Gym Group instead.

Gareth Hart This is a great day school garage style gym with friendly and helpful staff. Some of the equipment here makes draining every bit of power out of your muscle much easier.

Cole Boogaart Great gym tucked away in a great use of space. The style is like small gym Tokyo pump and the grading is like big B-Pump hard. If you want to level up, stick around this place because there will always be strong climbers frequenting this hall!

Jan-Frederik Wigger A very friendly welcome after he started rescue mission because I got lost on the way. I got a very relaxing helpful and thorough massage that untied some knots in my back. Thank you, I would gladly go there again!
