Duniya Okada I recommend this class 110%! Claire, is a highly skilled and professional instructor. She always checks if your form is correct in each exercise. The classes are fun but also challenging so I made significant progress in my strength, flexibility and cardio in just 4 weeks. I had many injuries before joining the class and Claire has worked with me to make sure I can carry on improving my fitness without overloading too quickly. Cecily Morley Love this studio! Moved to London a few weeks ago and have been trying out various classes here - specifically yoga, Pilates, barre, and body burn and they’ve all been 10/10. Experienced teachers who are also just very nice humans. The studio setting itself is really nice, in one of the railway arches of the station (bit of traffic noise sometimes but that’s just London). The only thing that could improve the studio is more of a community feel as class attendees don’t tend to be very social (though the instructors always make an effort so thank you for that!

baronas 750 Great village gym in Maidstone with a friendly atmosphere. Well-equipped gym, plus a swimming pool, steam sauna, and heat sauna. Clean, affordable, and very relaxing after a workout. A perfect local place to stay fit and unwind.

Kay Pitu Honestly a lot better than expected! The life guards did a splendid job all day. The Italian lifeguard was super friendly and saved a girl today.. the whole team was super organised, efficient and professional. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Facilities where very very clean the pool too. I have absolutely nothing to say.. maulybe just the lack of umbrellas by the sun bathing area on the members area.. it would be nice to have it but I guess could be seen as a hazard with no stafg assigned to that area.. but then again put a warning up to close them if windy or be fined.. I booked for 3 hrs at the sunbathing area for £30 from 10-1 and ended up staying a bit longer but the security guard was very nice and professional and because either was not too busy he didnt keep me out straight away.
