Cristina Diaz Diaz I never used to like spin classes because I found them quite boring. Then a friend asked me to join her for a class at Rogue Cycle and...boy oh boy! What an incredible atmosphere, what an amazing studio, with great facilites and amazing instructors! Pete is fantastic and has a fantastic class called "Prosseco Fridays". I mean... spin and prosseco.. does it get better than that? It is basically like a nightclub with spin bikes in, good loud music, flashing lights and the encouragement from the instructors keeps you going, even when you feel your legs are about to fall off! I have now been going to weekly classes for almost a year, and there is not one day where I dont fancy going because it is so much fun! 100% recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
