Lalage Millns I have been doing Charli’s yoga classes for many years. She is a really great teacher who gives clear concise instructions, always with well prepared and varied classes. She is a caring interested yoga teacher who wants the best for all her pupils at any level. I thoroughly recommend her.

Vivian I came to FMG after experiencing unfair treatment at another gym, and I was immediately impressed by the team’s professionalism, kindness, and welcoming energy—especially from Alice and Sam. Alice stands out for her calm, patient, and attentive coaching style. She consistently takes the time to correct everyone’s form with care and demonstrates exercises with enthusiasm and clarity. Sam is equally supportive and creates a space where you feel encouraged and seen. At one point, I briefly left FMG to try my local gym for convenience. But as soon as my minimum commitment period was over, I returned—because the difference in atmosphere and quality was undeniable. Now that Im moving to a different area, I wont be able to come as regularly, and I genuinely feel sad about it. But I know Ill be back for FMG’s strength classes whenever I have the chance. In an age where gyms are often seen as interchangeable, FMG has built something truly personal and special. That’s rare. Thank you to everyone at FMG for creating such a positive space. I’ll always remember it.
