Joe Evans Ive been with the club since August 2015 and really enjoy it. Krav is arguably the most useful martial discipline in terms of real world self defence, and is great from a general fitness point of view too. Theres a nice friendly atmosphere, no one with something to prove and no ego issues. Paul is a very down to earth, friendly bloke who clearly knows his stuff. Theres a good mix of fitness, drills, sparing, and self defence every week, with the opportunity to re-visit previous moves to help refresh the memory or cement the technique. For those feeling particularly energetic there are also classes in Brighton/Hove on the Monday and Wednesday, and all three have a good crop of regulars so you get a good sense of team/community too. Ultimately, if youre looking for fitness and genuinely useful real world self defence then youd be coming to the right place.

karis osborn Sandrine creates a safe & creative space to learn and grow. She has so much knowledge and experience to share it’s amazing just listening to her talk with so much passion. I have done Mat & Barre Qualifications with Sandrine and I have and will continue to recommend her to new instructors!

s tee Two floors to explore, the downstairs is a baby and toddler area with soft foam shapes and a small ball pit. Upstairs is the climbing area for the older toddlers who want to climb, slide and just run around and play with the different levels. It feels slightly darker upstairs but everything was clean and it was not busy as we came around 1pm-ish. It was £4.95 for one hour of play and there is also the cafe if you want something to munch on, you just need to ring the bell in the wall where the menu is. A few tables and chairs are laid out both downstairs and upstairs. It’s not bad for the price, location and type of play. Heads up the upstairs area if your an adult you will in your hands and knees but there are some parts you can stand.

Cataleeyahh “Cataleeyahh” This is one of the best boxing classes I’ve ever attended. I came as a one off as I used to train at another gym but after my first session I decided to make this place my home. Freddie is an amazing traditional boxing coach. The class is suitable for all levels. Considering that I’ve been doing boxing for 2 years I was worried that I feel held back with new starters or people who don’t actually box. Freddie knows how to manage people of different levels in the class at the same time so we can all get the most out of a session. The class is extremely friendly - it’s literally like a big family. The gym itself is tidy, motivational and has great equipment. Every session is different and there is a great structure in place so you know how the class is planned roughly. I came to this gym alone and by the end of my first session I already made friends. If you’re looking for a place to join and worried/ anxious about things like “will people laugh at me?” “I’m not fit enough” or even “will I even be challenged” I promise you this is the place you need to come and train!

Michelle Lalla My first visit today but definitely will not be my last. Very friendly technicians and a beautiful salon. Ellie did a wonderful job on my nails and I can’t wait to come back.
