Dunkyard2026 We had a fantastic family swimming session at Windsor Leisure Centre today at 12:15pm. The facilities were clean, well looked after, and very family-friendly. The pool itself was a great size with plenty of space, and the water was just the right temperature. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The kids especially loved the fun features in the pool, and it felt safe with lifeguards keeping a close eye at all times. Changing rooms were clean and convenient, which made getting ready much easier. Overall, it was a brilliant experience for the whole family. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Ali Hassan I initially joined Absolute Fitness Slough on a 3 day trial but really enjoyed the experience that I signed up permanently. The cost of a membership is excellent value for money and the equipment available for members is top quality. I have to say that the staff are extremely friendly always guaranteed a smile when they walk past during a workout. Always a friendly face at reception which makes this the best place to train in Slough

Pat B My wife and I joined Farah as a Duet at the end of the summer. We were complete exercise novices in our late 60s. Farah has shown us the way that you dont need to have a perfect size 8 body to be able to build an inner body strength. It is wonderful for us to have our dedicated sessions, as these give us the confidence that what we are doing is beneficial, rather than do an exercise the wrong way and cause an injury. In a large class I feel that this could happen. Our sessions are always filled with encouragement and laughter.
