The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive and push you to your limits — whether you’re training for competition or just trying to get in shape. The atmosphere is welcoming and all egos are left outside the gym. Classes are structured, intense and full of practical techniques. Everyone from beginners to advanced fighters get the attention they need. It’s more than a gym—it’s a community that breeds discipline, strength and growth. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about martial arts.

If anyone is interested in learning a realistic self defense system (Im short and overweight so wanted something that would work for an average person thats not an athlete), then this is the class for you. Great group of people, Sifu Martin is very supportive and helpful and in addition to learning a great life skill, we have fun and get to meet some amazing people too. Highly recommend.

In addition, my son, who has recently joined the team, enjoys very much his lessons and he feels very satisfied with the skills he is learning.
