Frederick Rice Ashtanga Yoga is the most rewarding method of yoga that I have practiced, but its undoubtedly a challenge and requires an experienced teacher to guide you through the series of physical postures. Mary is a dedicated, experienced, and gifted teacher, my practice has advanced tremendously under her vigilant guidance. I cant recommend Ashtanga Yoga Oxford enough, if you want to develop safely under the guidance of a knowledgeable teacher this is the place for you.

Adrianna Harazin Our Alex started Little Ninja course in February, he loves it! Lovely atmosphere, amazing teachers, patience, knowledge, support - free trial lesson that showed us what it is about, chat with Mr Williams and Ms Ward to answer all the questions and understand what it is about and we were onboard! Alex enjoys every afternoon which gives him some time to use up some of his enormous amount of energy. Thank you, this course supports his focus and behaviour at school.
