Dumbbell area, benches at different angles, three cable machines, wide range of machines to work your back muscles, leg machines as well as smith machines not forgetting squat rack. Upstairs split into 4 sections: cardio section, shoulder section, additional legs/ chest machines and an abdominal section which is next to the boxing/Muay Thai ring
