Very disappointing service. I had a gel manicure done on 2 December and travelled the next day. One nail chipped within 2 days, then my thumbnail chipped the day after, and within a week almost all nails were chipped , completely unacceptable for gel polish.
When I returned and raised this, the staff showed no concern, the manager refused any reimbursement and wouldn’t even remove the remaining polish. No apology, no solution. Really poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend.
