5 /5 Eve Clay: Joanne was very good. Her massage hit all the right spots. She was attentive and professional throughout. Will definitely re-book an appointment with her. The sauna was ok, some ambience music would of been nice, I did notice a small music device stuck to the wall 5mins before the end. Reception need to update how they deal with "security issues" I could have easily walked through the door again, instead of emptying out the entirety of my belongings to show I had not stolen a towel or dressing gown. Other than that a nice experience.

Room was warm , what is very important in these colder days. Michael was smiling, nice and professional how usually! So I got a perfect start of the weekend! when every cell of my body was smoothly and gently massaged and warmed. Thank You! once again!
