Maria Carolina Neves I had originally booked my appointment for 4pm but ended up walking in around 2pm. Even though I was early, the team were really nice and let me wait, and they managed to see me at 2:50pm. I didn’t wait long and was seen by a lovely blonde clinician (sorry, I can’t remember her name!). As soon as I walked in, she made me feel comfortable — super friendly and polite.
I told her about my previous treatment, and when I said I was there for anti-wrinkle, she explained the new subscription option, which actually sounds ideal for me. She went through my form and explained everything she was going to do, step by step.
The whole experience was great! Smooth, quick, painless, and very clean. Honestly, I think you’re the best clinic in London. Thank you for the amazing service. 5 stars from me!
