Dimi Dereliev Really good place for outdoor gym. It has variety of different type of exercises. I gave four stars because there is higher potential of having even more outdoor exercises. The equipments should be look after more often especially the cardio exercises.

E Green I have enjoyed pilates, yoga and somatics with Ros for over ten years. Every class is different and Ros really takes time to extend our practice and gives first class instruction. YogaRos zoom classes were a great daily discipline during lockdown and I have definitely become stronger and more toned because of these sessions. Im continuing with the daily early morning zoom classes because they fit in so well with the rest of my day. Booking through the bookwhen site is simple. The live classes at the Limes Centre follow social distance guidance. Its a great chance to see other Yogaros members and Ros can give verbal adjustments and encouragement. Ros is such a dedicated and knowledgeable teacher that every class feels like a private lesson. I would recommend YogaRos to anyone thinking of getting back to pilates or yoga.

Sonia Sylvester I have been training with Vaz for some time now and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His approach is the perfect blend of patience and professionalism which has made a difference in my fitness journey. He motivates me and gives me that extra push even when I feel I cant go any further. He is clearly passionate about what he does and it shows. He never lets me settle for less than my best. Voice The reception area is often busy, and I can understand that the staff may feel stressed due to the high number of people requesting information. I have visited on several occasions and, unfortunately, I have sometimes experienced less-than-friendly interactions from some of the staff. That said, I feel it is important to recognize and appreciate Mrs. Vicky at the reception. She has always been exceptionally friendly, professional, and approachable. I have never seen her stressed, impolite, or in a bad mood. Her positive attitude truly stands out and makes a big difference.
