5 /5 Simone Hacker: Liz is a real pro in what she does. I had never done 1:1 fitness training before and wanted to gain more strength in my arms and back postpartum. She has been amazing in guiding me to achieve my goals and also been very fun to work with. We had great chats and some good laughs along the way. I now feel so much better in my body and have learnt so many useful skills. She also has a lot of knowledge in other areas, is a yoga teacher and gong bath facilitator. Her gong baths are super relaxing, too. Can highly recommend her!

5 /5 James Megalos: I’ve worked with Liz for close to 2 years and she has been instrumental in helping me address some imbalances and overcome injuries that had felt chronic. She is a great PT - very personable and pushes you to work hard but the sessions are fun at the same time.No sessions are ever the same and there is a ton of variety. I came from a pretty experienced gym background of around 20 years of consistent training but Liz has added tremendous value to my training. I think Liz is a great PT for both beginners and experienced gym goers and would highly recommend working with her!
