Claudia Gough I absolutely love Evolution in East Sheen. From day one I felt so welcomed — the team are genuinely friendly, supportive and always happy to help. The gym has everything you could possibly need, but what makes it really special is the atmosphere. It’s motivating without ever feeling intimidating, and there’s such a nice sense of community here.
The trainers are brilliant — knowledgeable, approachable and encouraging. They really take the time to make sure you’re getting the best out of your workouts, whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years.
Since joining, I’ve not only seen amazing results in my fitness, but I actually look forward to going. Evolution has become one of the highlights of my week.
