Rachel Walker Ive been attending reformer pilates classes at Core LDN for a year now. The intro session is a really useful opportunity to discuss any concerns you have with the instructors and talk about your goals. When I joined I was suffering from back pain due to an accident and I wanted to build my core strength after having my son. Within a couple of months of physio and classes I was pain free. A year on I am stronger than I have ever been. The instructors are excellent, tailoring the exercises to you within a small class setting. Its also a beautiful and calming space to visit. Highly recommended.

Shelley Smith I train with Tom twice a week and he is nothing short of phenomenal. Every session is perfectly attuned to what my body needs, is tough and so worth it! My body continues to look and feel stronger, more toned and I feel overall incredible. Toms also got the absolute best personality as a coach. He communicates and demonstrates the sequences so well but also is just super warm, encouraging and has a great attitude that makes you want to push harder! He’s the best Personal Trainer in St John’s Wood!

We also enjoyed the coffee shops around. Each offered a cosy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for taking a break and recharging before continuing our shopping spree. The shopping centre boasted ample toilet facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the parking situation was convenient and affordable, with a fee of only £12 for nearly five hours of parking. This made our visit stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, the shopping centre in London W12, Hammersmith, is a true gem. With its wide range of shops, luxurious high-end wing, and excellent amenities, it provides a perfect shopping experience. I highly recommend a visit for anyone looking to indulge in a day of therapy.

MoIdris Malik Good facilities with friendly staff and Paul at reception is amazing. I attend Hampton sometimes for badminton and the atmosphere is great and the coach Mannie is fantastic. They have 4 courts inside the sports hall.
